I had made these before but, had forgotten until a friend posted them on FACEBOOK…
Since tomorrow is grocery day… we were out of about everything… but, I did have the 3 Ingredients for these yummy Peanut Butter Cookies…
YES!… 3 Ingredients 
1 – Cup Peanut Butter( smooth or crunchy)
1 – Cup Sugar
1 – Egg
Mix thoroughly…
Roll by teaspoonfuls in sugar
Bake on ungreased Cookie Sheet 10-12 minutes 425 degrees…
Let sit a minute to cool before removing from baking sheet…
Makes approximately 2 – dozen

Had to help as I loaded dish washer last night….
She had to check out the water running down the drain as I cleaned up the kitchen from supper…

The scenery is beautiful… especially on these snowy days…

Hey, I’ve made almost the exact same cookie recipe, except mine has a tsp of vanilla…so one more ingredient. Not sure you need it though. Like you, I forget about this super-simple treat…think I’ll have to make these soon! ~ Sheila
