Pizza-Stuffed Pasta Shells… Thanks Pillsbury!

I made this Pillsbury recipe yesterday…

“Pizza-Stuffed Pasta Shells”…

Simple Ingredients…

JUMBO Pasta Shells…(they recommend 21)… and that was pretty much perfect!

1- pound Ground Beef

1- Clove Garlic- finely chopped…( I had none… so I substituted Garlic Powder) to taste…

“I” also added Chopped Dried Onion… about 1-teaspoonful… and 1-small can of sliced black olives…

4 oz. Pepperoni… I used the Mini Pepperoni…

3- cups Pizza Sauce…(I had bought a smaller jar… so I added some Spaghetti Sauce to finish out the amount…)

NO BIG DEAL!…

2- Cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded

Brown ground beef in skillet…

add garlic/onion… while browning…

(DRAIN GREASE)

Added half of pepperoni slices, black olives and 1-cup sauce… Heat for 5 minutes…

Cool mixture slightly… then fill cooked shells that have been cooked, cooled and drained…

Pour remaining sauce over filled shells…

Cover with Cheese…

and sprinkle rest of Pepperoni Slices over…

Bake 25 minutes… until bubbly and cheese is melted…

Let stand 5 minutes before serving…

I made a few green beans and added these favorite rolls…

“NEW YORK brand “Garlic Knots”… 6 per package…
