Stella D’oro- Lady Stella Cookies
I find these at Christmas usually…
A cookie I really like with coffee…
and it says that on the package!…
A dense cookie… not too sweet…
just right to nibble on as I have my morning coffee…
“Stella D’oro means Star of Gold in Italian…
no meat or dairy products are used in making these cookies… (parve)
The company started in 1930 by an Italian immigrant… and is now owned by Lance…
their other cookies are good too… 
…if you like cookies(biscuits) that are not too sweet…

I finally opened my Corn Relish that I bought at the Glendale Craft Fair…
I found it to be great on hot dogs that I had grilled…
of course chopped onions, pickle relish, mustard and ketchup was added too!

Peanut Butter Fudge…
Easy recipe!…
2-cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
Boil for 2-1/2 minutes…
Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 3/4 cup peanut butter… STIR!… and pour in pan quickly…
sets up in minutes and cuts perfectly after cooling!
I bought Maple Butter and Chocolate to make later!… 
Pineapple Upside Down Cake last week…
and Pound Cake for us!…
When I find a great mix… why mess it up!
Just bake and enjoy!
