but, I refuse to get ahead of myself… and go get just a few things to tide us over…
I will make do with what we have!…

Baked beans without green pepper and onion… 
and today Homemade Peanut Butter Cookies out of 3 ingredients that I have on hand…
and it IS an actual Recipe!…
1 – cup Peanut Butter 
1 – Egg 
1 – Cup Sugar 
Mix together well…
Place rounded teaspoons on ungreased baking pan… (I sometimes spray lightly with cooking spray) because my pans are old…
Crisscross with fork dipped in water… then sugar… 
Bake in pre-heated oven at 350 degrees… 9 minutes… 
Let cool and remove with a flat spatula like me… 
It makes 20 cookies… perfect in size… texture… and taste…
You would probably get more if you want them smaller…
or less if you want them BIG!

I know what you mean about making due. I have to learn to make due so I am not a burden to my family as they are my transportation and I need to work around their schedules.
